Comments: I just wanted to thank you for your help on Tuesday, my fiance Thomas and I actually came into your store in Woollongabba yesterday and we ended up
buying the whole 9 piece dining set with the brown leather chairs and the 1.5m x 1.5m square patterned table. We also got numerous cushions and a couple of vases too.

We had the help of a man named Shaun G, who we found to be extremely helpful and genuine. He offered a lot of advice and knowledge on the way the chairs are made and also on the birchwood table we purchased. We were very impressed by him.

I noticed a poster on the register as we were leaving which said that if someone in store WOW'd us as customers then we should let you know. Regardless of the prize involved I would still like you to know that Shaun could not have been more helpful to us. He was also very patient as we tried to decide on the colour of chair to buy.

Thanks to both of you for your help. We have recommended your store to our family and friends (who are also moving into new homes at the moment) as we found your furniture and accessories to be of great quality whilst also a great price.

Comments: Great quick, and informative service from the sales girls at Woolloongabba, Brisbane on 11/08/09.  They quickly organised for my new black leather dining chairs, to be delivered and arrive to my new home on day of the co ordinated handover and arrival of all my other furniture. Well done!! And all with a smile!  Love the new decking platform sale areas in the direct factory outlet, Cool contemporary and stand out layouts.  I was attracted to the furniture shack outlet in Woolloongabba, due to the stand out media layout and advertised prices in the brisbane news July 23 - 29, 2009.  Thank you - Kathleen

Comments: Hi guys, we have purchased a bit of stuff from the shack like our dining table and chairs and our wall unit and coffee table plus some bedside cupboards. We always get great service and advice. Delivery is prompt & polite which is nice and makes it easy plus we can use the furniture straight away. Thank you - we'll be back for more soon !
